Sorry, I can not speak italian, but only french or english, and a little bit spanish. I'm Grimlock, bureaucrat and sysop on WN fr (and other Wikimedia wiki). I would only tell italian Wikinewsians that we have decide to ban utente:Giubizza, whose only purpose seems to be insert links to his blog/site.
